We do not ship our products with printed assembly instructions, as this helps promote recycling and reduces unnecessary paper waste.
Claims
All our products come with a one-year warranty.
If the product is damaged during shipping, please send us photos within 24 hours of receiving it.
Steps to Follow:
- Check the box for any visible damage.
- File a claim with the carrier if necessary.
- If you pick up the product from a nearby collection point, open it immediately to ensure it was not damaged during transport. It is important to inspect and report any damage within 24 hours of collection.
Do not return the product without contacting us first.
Note: If you do not contact us after receiving the product, we will assume it was delivered without damage.

【Cool White 6000K】
Our Philips Cool White LED strips provide clearer and more powerful illumination, with a lifespan of 80,000 hours under normal use conditions, lasting between 10 and 18 years.
【Neutral White 4500K】
Our Philips Neutral White LED strips emit a balanced, pleasant light, also with a lifespan of 80,000 hours, lasting between 10 and 18 years.
【Warm White 3000K】
Our Philips Warm White LED strips produce a softer, yellow-toned light, with the same 80,000-hour lifespan, lasting between 10 and 18 years.
How to Choose the Right LED Light for Your Mirror?
The best choice depends on where you will use the mirror and the existing light sources in the room:
- If the room has warm-toned lamps, we recommend Warm White 3000K.
- If the room has cooler, white lighting, Cool White 6000K is suggested.

Los espejos con calefacción incluyen mantas térmicas instaladas en la parte trasera del espejo. Estas almohadillas se activan mediante un botón integrado en el propio espejo. Una vez activado, el sistema tarda hasta dos minutos en calentarse y comenzar a prevenir la acumulación de vaho, asegurando que tu espejo se mantenga claro incluso en ambientes húmedos como el baño.
Después de la instalación, los espejos quedarán a 3 cm de la pared.
